What began as a simple cartoon idea turned into an ordeal.  By this time, the Internet was available and people everywhere were putting images onto it that could be used as building blocks.  The dashboard came from a Boeing worker.  The pilot's uniform and the seats came from a tourist who'd posted his vacation pictures online.  Santa and elf came from a costume company.  Video captures were taken of Jade and myself in a swivel chair, wearing stereo headphones and an operator's headset.

These elements were sized, rotated, and assembled onto one very large coloring-book page, which served as a guide. Then it was all painstakingly airbrushed until the original images were replaced with what you see here.

One error slipped through.  The pilot is holding his eyeglasses in his right hand, and wearing them also.
